Refund policy
What is refunded, when it is automatic, and what is never refunded.
VIP subscriptions
- Pro-rata refunds on request. Ask at any point during a paid period and the unused portion of that period is refunded pro-rata. Request it from your account page or by contacting the operator; refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Automatic pause after 72 hours of downtime. If the game server is offline for more than 72 consecutive hours, billing is suspended and the entitlement clock is frozen automatically. You do not pay for time the server cannot deliver.
- Automatic refund on permanent closure. If the server closes permanently, every active subscription is cancelled and the unused portion refunded automatically — no request needed.
- Because VIP starts immediately, checkout asks you to waive the 14-day cancellation right for the started period. That waiver is recorded; the pro-rata refund terms above still apply.
Points
- Points are delivered immediately. Checkout captures your agreement to immediate delivery and, with it, the waiver of the 14-day cancellation right (wording version isw-points-1.0) before any payment is taken. After delivery, refunds of unspent points are at the operator's discretion, as goodwill.
- Spent points are non-refundable. Points spent on storage slots are consumed at the moment of spending; the slots themselves are permanent and are not bought back.
- Chargebacks reverse the points. A chargeback on a points purchase debits the full purchase back off the balance — the balance may go negative — and blocks the account and its SteamID64 from future payments while the dispute runs. Storage slots already bought stay in place, though the operator may act on abuse manually.
Donations
- Donations are non-refundable. They are freely given, buy nothing, and are stated as non-refundable on the donation form before payment.
Chargebacks
- A chargeback revokes VIP access immediately and blocks the account from future payments while the dispute runs. Ask for a refund first — it is faster for you and keeps your access history clean.
This page states the operating policy in plain English. It requires operator legal review before launch and may be updated after that review.
